Lucknow: Two alleged criminals were killed in an encounter with police in Uttar Pradesh’s Fatehpur district on Tuesday. Baccha Kewat, who was carrying a reward of Rs.10,000 on his head, was intercepted at Jungle in Dhata police circle area by a police team. When Kewat and his gang members fired on the police team, they retaliated and in the ensuing gun battle Kewat and one of his associates were killed.
