Given full court reference

Kochi: Justice K.S. Radhakrishnan who has been appointed Chief Justice of the Jammu and Kashmir High Court was given a full court reference by the Kerala High Court on Wednesday. Chief Justice H.L. Dattu, Advocate-General C.P. Sudhakara Prasad and Kerala High Court Advocates Association president Jacob Varghese spoke on the occasion.
