KAMAREDDY (NIZAMABAD Dt.): Telangana Rashtra Samithi president K. Chandrasekhar Rao said that the movement for separate Telangana had reached the final stages and this could be achieved only by using political pressure like in Jharkhand. He called upon them to take part in the Telangana movement to take it forward until their goal was achieved. “Tomorrow’s future is yours. Fifty per cent of our life is over. We were worn out in the struggle. At this junction we have been left with no option but to strengthen the agitation to protect our self-respect,” he said. Every student should prepare 100 soldiers to achieve Telangana, he said. Deceiving peopleIn his hour-long address, Mr. Chandrasekhar Rao came down heavily on Chief Minister Y.S. Rajasekhara Reddy and TDP president N. Chandrababu Naidu, alleging that the former was deceiving people with his false promises, while the latter was ‘playing dramas.’ Opponents of the State’s division were shocked at the very reference of the word Telangana, he said, adding that whenever a separate State was sought Andhra and Rayalaseema leaders were raking up the issue of division of the State into three parts. “We have no objection if the State is divided into three or seven parts after Telangana is given,” the Telangana Rashtra Samithi president.
