Memorandum submitted

KOLAR: Bharatiya Janata Party leaders in the district have expressed displeasure over former MLA K. Srinivas Gowda’s initiative in launching developmental works in Kolar constituency. It amounts to flouting of rules in the wake of dissolution of Assembly, the leaders said in a memorandum submitted to the Governor through the Deputy Commissioner. — Staff Correspondent
