Avesthagen becomes a limited company

BANGALORE: Life sciences company Avesthagen has become a limited company following an approval from the Registrar of Companies. Avesthagen Limited, which began its business operations in 2001, is focussed on partnering to achieve a broad spectrum play leading to convergence of food, pharma and population genetics across the lifescience space, according to a company statement.
