NDPL starts new tracking facility

NEW DELHI: Power distribution company NDPL has started a web-based status tracking initiative for consumers seeking information on their new electricity connection applications. The initiative is called “Sugam”, which stands for ease and convenience to the consumers.According to NDPL officials, consumers who have applied for a new electricity connection can know the status of their application by logging on to the NDPL website and entering their valid new connection request number provided at time of application. Apart from using “Sugam”, consumers can also contact NDPL consumer care centres.
