JD(S) to contest all seats in Kolar district

KOLAR: The Janata Dal (Secular) has decided to contest in all the seven Assembly segments in the five taluks of the district.

The former MLA and Janata Dal (Secular) district unit president G.K. Venkatashiva Reddy announced this at a meeting of district-level leaders of the party here on Wednesday.

The former Prime Minister H.D. Deve Gowda is scheduled to address a rally and the date of it would be fixed, Mr. Reddy said.

Janata Dal (Secular) district unit general secretary R. Dayanand spoke.
