Salman gets court permission for London trip

Jodhpur: Bollywood star Salman Khan was on Thursday allowed by a local court to travel to London to attend a function to unveil his statue at Madame Tussauds gallery.

Mr. Khan, who is facing several cases under the Wildlife and Arms Acts for allegedly hunting animals, was granted permission by the Court of the Judicial Magistrate, Jodhpur, Dalpat Singh Rajpurohit, after admitting his application. Mr. Khan’s wax statue would be unveiled in London sometime in mid-January and he had been allowed to travel between January 13 and 16.— PTI
