Sonia “improving steadily”

NEW DELHI: Congress president Sonia Gandhi’s condition is improving steadily, according to a health bulletin issued by Sir Ganga Ram Hospital here on Thursday. She has been under treatment for chest infection since the beginning of the New Year.

“A computed axial tomography scan of Ms. Gandhi’s chest was done on Thursday and it is normal. Her condition is steadily improving. She has been advised rest,” said B. K. Rao, chairman, Board of Management of the hospital.
