Devotees express their views at ‘Dial TTD’ programme
Staff Reporter
TIRUMALA: The employees working inside the famous hill temple of Lord Venkateswara should develop the element of ‘restrain’ and should behave in a more friendly way with the devotees coming from different parts of the country for the darshan of Lord.
Participating in the ‘Dial TTD E.O.’ programme on Friday a devotee Narasimha Reddy native of Pallakollu said that even though it is true that the temple employees get ‘exhausted’ while dealing with several thousands of devotees coming from various walks of life but this does not mean that they should be allowed to inflict unwanted comments on the devotees inside the sanctum sanctorum.
Dwelling further he also urged the management to fix a particular ‘time’ for the VIPs for the darshan of the Lord so that the common pilgrim in the darshan queue lines shall remain unaffected.
While Bapiraju of Secunderabad urged the management to give priority to the ordinary pilgrims in providing accommodation and the darshan tickets and another devotee Trishanka Sharma suggested to extend ‘laddu’ tokens to all those performing the ‘Anga pradakshina’ of the Lord.
The TTD Executive officer K. V. Ramanachary who anchored the programme said that the suggestions would be taken on a positive note.
