WASTED RESOURCE: An old man washes his face with water from a leak in the underground pipeline on the Kozhikode -Balusserry road at the Krishnan Nair Road Junction in the city. Pipelines laid by the Kerala Water Authority have developed leaks at several places between the Chevayur and East Hill Junction.
