Lucknow: The Samajwadi Party would field Vishram Singh Yadav for Bilgram Assembly by-election. Senior party leader, Naresh Agarwal has told newspersons here that the party has decided to field Mr. Yadav from Bilgram where by-election has been necessitated following the death of sitting BSP MLA, Upendra Tewari. The date of the by-election is yet to be announced.
