Lucknow: The Uttar Pradesh Government has appointed senior IPS officer C D Tewari as DIG (Vital Installations). “ Mr. Tewari, who was serving as DIG (Security), has been transferred to the post of DIG (Vital Installations) which had been lying vacant for years,” a Home Department spokesman said here on Friday. R.P. Singh has been appointed as the new DIG (Security).- PTI
