Holiday for Pettathullal

THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: Devaswom Minister G. Sudhakaran has directed that a local holiday should be declared for educational institutions and government offices in Kanjirappally and Ranni taluks in view of the Erumeli Pettathullal forming part of the Sabarimala pilgrimage.

He has also urged the Electricity Minister to exempt Chengannur, Pathanamthitta, Erumeli, Panthalam and Kottayam from load shedding.
