IRB Infra to tap market

CHENNAI: IRB Infrastructure Developers has received SEBI observations for its public issue of 51.06 million equity shares of Rs. 10 each through 100 per cent book building process. According to a release, IRB Infrastructure Developers has been involved in the construction, operation and maintenance of about 1,200 km of highways and roads in India as on August 31 last year. — Corporate Reporter
