Dempo beats Viva Kerala

Margao: Dempo maintained its unbeaten run, thrashing Viva Kerala 4-0 in the ONGC I-league here on Friday.

Dempo, which led 1-0 at half-time, scored through Valeriano Rebello (34th), Ranti Martins (61st), substitute Clifton Gonsalves (63rd) and Roberto Silva (71st).

Dempo finished the first leg on top with 21 points from nine games, two ahead of JCT.

Viva remained on seven from as many matches. — PTI
