Bharuch: Indian Railways ‘A’ topped the list of 12 qualifiers from Group ‘A’ with a score of 256 VPs, while Dhampur Sugar Mills led the 12 qualifiers from Group ‘B’ with 248 VPs in the 49th bridge Nationals being played here. While the last qualifier scored 207 in Group ‘A’, it was 205 for Group ‘B’. Although it had a carryover of 12 VPs, Railways ‘A’ began its second stage matches badly and had only 35 VPs after two rounds. However, Dhampur Sugar continued its good run and was leading with 45 VPs. Close behind is H.S. Bajoria’s Trambak Rubber (43), while Tolani Shipping is in the third spot with 42.
