TRS meet at Suryapet today


KCR to address two meetings

Students to participate


NALGONDA: The Telangana Rashtra Samithi leaders have made elaborate arrangements for the visit of party president K. Chandrasekhar Rao to Suryapet and Nalgonda on Saturday.

Mr. Rao is going to address two meetings.

The recently launched ‘Vidyarthi Chaitanya Sadassulu’ will have students participating in it. “The leaders of the TRSV, the student wing, are geared towards making the meetings a grand success,” party district general secretary K.V. Rama Rao told The Hindu on Friday.

While students are drawn from Suryapet, Kodad, Tungaturthy and Nakrekal constituencies for the Suryapet meeting, the Nalgonda meeting will be covering Nalgonda, Munugode and Devarkonda constituencies, he said.

Party district unit president Beervolu Somi Reddy, former Inspector General of Police Poreddy Chandrasekhar Reddy and TRSV district president Putta Kishore were inspecting the arrangements at Suryapet, while K. Dilip Kumar, MLC, Sriramoju Shanmukha, general secretary and Ch. Anil Kumar and K. Laxma Reddy, secretaries were taking care of Nalgonda meeting.Mr. Rama Rao said the party president was expected to come to the headquarters by afternoon to address the meeting. The towns have been decked up with pink flags on the occasion.
