50 taken ill after drinking unsafe water

Chittoor: Several people in the Dalitwada of Tumindapalyem in Chittoor rural mandal fell ill and complained of loose motions after drinking contaminated water.

An overhead tank uncleaned for the past few months is believed to be the reason. Twenty-two men, 18 women and 10 children were admitted to the government headquarters hospital for treatment. .
