LICHFL launches mega expo

HYDERABAD: Constructing a dream house is not an easy job. One has to select a site, arrange finance, seek legal and technical advice and what not. But all this hardship will be made easy at the two-day LIC Housing Finance Limited’s (LICHFL) mega expo that was launched at the Institute of Engineers, Khairatabad, here on Saturday.
Thirty-five reputed builders are showcasing 100 different projects at the expo called ‘Sontha Inti Sambaralu’. Beginning from offering home loans to providing expert advice on the selected projects at free of cost, the expo is a one-stop destination for home loan and property seekers.
The objective of the expo is to ease the effort for purchasing a property and bring in various options for the consumer under one roof. LICHFL approves all the projects displayed at the expo and people need not worry about the legalities of projects, said LICHFL Director S.K. Mitter.
It is not mandatory for people to have an LIC insurance policy to acquire a home loan from LIC Housing Finance.
Discount
Consumers registering their names during the expo will be offered a 0.25 per cent discount on the rate of interest and will be charged only Rs. 5,000 as processing fee.
What more, prizes worth Rs. 1 lakh would be awarded through a bumper draw at the end of expo, he added.
