2 held in Kerala for “links” with Hizb

Kottayam: The Idukki police arrested two persons for their alleged links with the Hizb-ul-Mujahideen.

Althaf Ahmed Khan (29) of Srinagar and Jahangir (21) of Baramulla in Jammu and Kashmir are being questioned.

Althaf, involved in crimes in Jammu and Kashmir during 1998-99, had been living in Kumily for seven years. Recently, he applied for passport and during enquiry he admitted to the crimes. Jahangir joined Althaf six months ago.
