Man kills son, self

ARIYALUR: A 40-year old person, Kattaiyan alias Raman of Karukudi colony near here, was reported to have murdered his one-year-old infant Sabarinathan and committed suicide on Sunday.

Both of them were rushed to the Government Hospital in Jayamkondam where they were declared dead. The police said that family dispute is said to have caused the incident.

The T. Pazhur police have registered a case.
