Bank to open ATM at Kalapet

PUDUCHERRY: Central Bank of India will shortly open an ATM at their extension counter in Kalapet, said K.A. Somayajulu, General Manager (south Zone) Central Bank of India.

Addressing a customer meet here on Friday, he said the bank, which had over 3,300 branches all over the country, had implemented core banking solutions in 870 of them and more are being brought into the network.

The Puducherry branch recently crossed Rs. 101 crore of business, Mr. Somayajulu said adding that like most nationalised banks, the Central Bank too was maintaining its customer base.
