Sajjan lays foundation for building-complex

NEW DELHI: Outer Delhi Congress MP Sajjan Kumar on Sunday laid the foundation stone of a building-complex at Mehrauli here that will include a primary health centre, a poly-clinic and a maternal and child welfare centre. The complex will be constructed at a cost or Rs.3.21 crore.
