Release grant immediately: dyers

TIRUPUR: The Dyers Association of Tirupur in a memorandum to Chief Minister M. Karunanidhi has asked him to take steps to disburse the grant from Union and State Governments for setting up 20 common effluent treatment plants here, its president S. Samiappan has said.
