Semester system at under-graduate level urged

HYDERABAD: The Andhra Pradesh State Council of the Democratic Students’ Federation has sought introduction of a semester system at the under-graduate level.

In a representation to the chairman of AP State Council of Higher Education, Janaki Ramulu, president of the federation, said semester system introduced at the post-graduate and professional level have yielded excellent results in improving the standards of education. Hence, the DSF was in favour of a similar system at degree and under-graduate level for the benefit of students.
