Engineer found dead

VILLUPURAM: N.Bheeman (55), posted as junior engineer in the office of the Assistant Director of Agriculture, was found dead in a lodge here on Monday. Police said it could probably be a suicide by consuming poison. A native of Kodari in the Nilgiris, Bheeman was earlier working in the agriculture office at Kallakurichi. But he abstained from duty for a long period without prior intimation. On rejoining duty on December 31, 2007 he was transferred to Villupuram. Ever since Bheeman moved into the lodge on January 5, he never stirred out of the room.
