Srinagar: A militant of Al Badr outfit and an Over Ground Worker (OGW) were arrested by the security forces in Jammu and Kashmir, a defence spokesman said here on Monday. During a search operation launched by troops of 32 Rashtriya Rifles at Laisarof in Baramula district on Sunday, a militant of Al Badr outfit was arrested, the spokesman said. The militant has been identified as Musthaq Ahmad Rather, who was later handed over to police, he said. In another operation in Sheikhpura area of Kupwara district, troops of 32 Rashtriya Rifles apprehended an Over Ground Worker, the spokesman said, adding he has been identified as Riyaz Ah Mir.
