‘Golden Decade’ at AHA

NEW DELHI: Air Hostess Academy is observing its “Golden Decade” this week.

The Academy’s founder-director Sapna Gupta’s first book on the service sector, “Winning Strategies: Serving with a Smile”, will be launched by Union Tourism and Cultural Affairs Minister Ambika Soni on Wednesday. The Academy, set up in 1997, runs 26 branches across nine cities.
