RTC union seeks 30 per cent HRA

HYDERABAD: The A.P. State Road Transport Corporation National Mazdoor Union (NMU), which is the recognised union, has threatened to go on an indefinite strike from January 27 if the management did not enhance house rent allowance (HRA) from the present 20, to 30 per cent. In a press release, NMU working president M. Nageswara Rao said they were taking out a rally from Indira Park to Sundaraiah Park on January 9. —Special Correspondent
