Thiruvananthapuram: The notification for by-elections in 38 local body wards was issued by the State Election Commission here on Monday. Nomination papers will be accepted till January 14 and scrutiny will be on January 15. The papers can be withdrawn till January 17. The polling will take place on February 7 and the counting on February 8. — Special Correspondent
