Jayanagar CC triumphs

MYSORE: Good performances by J. Yeshwanth (59), H.R. Cheluvaraj (51) and Surendra Prasad (33) helped Jayanagar CC register a 44-run win over The Mysore Gymkhana in the final of the Yuvaraja’s College Mysore’s Invitation Twenty20 cricket tournament here on Sunday.

The scores: Final: Jayanagar CC 180 for seven in 20 overs (J. Yeshwanth 59, H.R. Cheluvaraj 51) bt The Mysore Gymkhana 136 in 19.4 overs (S.S. Yognath 47). Man of the Match: H.R. Cheluvaraj; Best batsman: J. Yeshwanth; Best bowler: R. Madhusudhan; Best fielder: Kalyan.
