B.Arch examinations: The fifth and eighth semester B.Arch examinations scheduled to be held on January 19 have been postponed to February 2. The examinations on January 22, 24, 28 and 30 will be held as scheduled.

History viva: A viva voce will be organised at the senate hall on January 10 for those students of the second year MA History course(2005-07 batch) of the Institute of Distance Education who could not attend the initial viva.

M.Tech / M.Plan: The last date for submitting the thesis for the fourth semester M.Tech / M.Plan (1998 and 2003 scheme) part time and full time courses is January 18. Applications for these examinations can be submitted without fine till January 9 and with a fine of Rs.50 till January 14.

Library assistants: Applications have been invited from those wishing to be appointed as library assistants in UITs for a 12-month period on contract basis. Those with a recognised degree and with a degree in library and information science recognised by the University of Kerala can apply. The last date for submitting applications is January 18. The applications can be had also from the university web site www.keralauniversity.edu.
