Plea against Metro adjourned

BANGALORE: The Karnataka High Court on Tuesday adjourned further hearing on petitions by traders and residents of Chinmaya Mission Hospital (CMH) Road seeking to stay all further proceedings by the Government in taking up the Metro project.

The court is hearing petitions by the CMH Shops and Establishments and Residents’ Association, Indiranagar, and others seeking a change in the alignment of the Metro from CMH Road to Old Madras Road.

Justice Anand Byrareddy adjourned further hearing in the case.
