Death sentence for three

PATNA: A fast track court in Banka on Tuesday awarded capital punishment to three persons and life imprisonment to 18 others for murdering three brothers in Gauradih village, under Rajaun police station, on November 12, 2000.

The court of N.N. Chaudhary awarded death sentence to Dablu Mandal, Sikki Mandal and Manu Mandal for killing Mukeshwar Mandal’s three sons, Sunit, Dilip and Shibal, and setting their house on fire due to rivalry.
