Muzaffarnagar: A sixty-year-old man was allegedly beaten to death by his grandson after he objected to the latter’s marriage in Budhana town here, police said. According to the police, the incident occurred on Monday when Sitaram, 60, objected to Gagan’s marriage proposal with his girlfriend which provoked the latter to beat him to death. A case has been registered against Gagan and search was on to nab the accused, police said.
