BANGALORE: The Karnataka High Court on Wednesday adjourned a petition by Viniv Inc promoter Sreenivasa Shastry seeking to quash a lower court order denying him bail.Mr. Shastry said though the State Government had constituted a special court to hear and dispose of cases relating to deposit frauds, the District and Sessions Judge of Bangalore had referred the case to the 26th Sessions Court.
