Strike hits life in Nagaland

IMPHAL: All shops, commercial centres and educational institutions were closed in Nagaland and Naga-dominated areas in Manipur on Tuesday following a 12-hour general strike called by the Naga Students’ Federation and the youth wings of the BJP, the Janata Dal(U) and the Naga People’s Front. They were protesting against the imposition of President’s Rule.
