Thrilling win for AGORC

THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: AG’s Office Recreation Club scored a thrilling six-run win over Pankajakasturi CC in the Thiruvananthapuram district ‘B’ division cricket league at the Medical College ground on Wednesday.

AGORC captain Anil Kumar took eight for 78 to dismiss Pankajasturi for 217 in the last over. Earlier, AGORC scored 223 before being dismissed in the 45th over.

The scores: AGORC 223 in 45 overs (Vijay Babu 47, Anish Unni 42, Ajay Prasad four for 35) bt Pankajakasturi CC 217 in 44.2 overs (Vishnu Mahesh 41, Anil Kumar eight for 78).
