CPCL, ONGC in semifinals

BANGALORE: Identical 3-0 scoreline was the order of the day as CPCL and host ONGC romped into the semifinals of the PSPB inter-unit football tournament here on Wednesday. While CPCL downed GAIL with Thennerasu (33rd minute), Muralikrishna (34th) and V. Thirunavakarasu (56th) being the goalgetters, ONGC was far too good for NRL, with Jatin Bisht, Tareef Ahmed and Manoj Raj Kanwar striking.

In the day’s third match, BPCL had it easy against CIL with Bipul Thakurh (4th), P.K. Shaiju (33rd) and V.P. Balachandran (38th) scoring the goals.
