Awards for interior designers
HYDERABAD: The Institution of Indian Interior Designers (IIID), AP Chapter, in association with MYK-Laticrete, a tile and stone installation material manufacturer, has invited entries from interior designers of the State to participate in its annual AP Interior Design Awards.
In a media interaction on Wednesday, Chairman of IIID, AP Chapter, Yeshwant Ramamurthy, said that the awards would be presented on February 16 in a function to be held at Durgam Cheruvu.
The entries would be finalised on February 6 while the last date for receiving entries for the awards was January 29. Awards would be presented in the following categories :commercial, public spaces, residential spaces, hospitality areas and young designers. The entries would be adjudged on the parameters of originality, creativity, functionality, space planning and environmental responsibility among other things.
