Mastek declares interim dividend

CHENNAI: Mastek has declared an interim dividend of Rs. 3.50 per equity share for 2007-08. The company has posted a net profit after tax of Rs. 18.72 crore for the second quarter ended December 31, 2007 as compared to Rs. 16.94 crore in the corresponding quarter in the previous year. Total income has increased to Rs. 140.34 crore from Rs. 128.50 crore. — Corporate Reporter
