iGATE Q3 net profit up

CHENNAI: iGATE Global Solutions has reported a turnover of Rs. 209.30 crore in the third quarter ended December 31, 2007 against Rs. 210.70 crore in the year-ago period. The net profit was up 80.1 per cent to Rs. 29 crore from Rs. 16 crore. Net earnings stood at Rs. 9.09 against Rs. 5.09 in the same quarter in the previous year. According to Phaneesh Murthy, CEO the delisting process was nearing completion.
