Small car apprehensions

The city of Kochi is feeling the pangs of growth. The roads are crowded, traffic snarls are the order of the day and the citizens continue to be a harassed. It is with a pinch of salt that the upwardly mobile sections have taken the news about ‘Nano,’ the Rs.one lakh car launched by the Tata group. There are fears that the city roads will be flooded by the low-cost car. Already there is a dearth of tourist taxis and drivers for those visiting the city.
