300 extra buses

BANGALORE: Karnataka State Road Transport Corporat-ion will operate 300 extra buses for the Sankranti festival between January 11 and January 16 from Bangalore and other parts of the State. A release said that special buses will be operated to Dharmasthala, Kukke Subramanya, Sringeri, Horanadu, Gokarna, Kollur, Tirupathi, Vijayawada and Hyderabad from the Kempe Gowda Bus Station in Bangalore. From its Satellite Bus Terminal on Mysore Road, it will operate buses to Mysore and from BMTC’s Shanthinagar Bus Station, services to Chennai, Madurai, Tiruchi, Pondicherry, Coimbatore and Kodaikanal would be operated. — Staff Reporter
