Thiruvananthapuram: The Kerala Water Authority is extending its one-time settlement scheme for non-domestic consumers with huge arrears till January 31. An official press note said here on Thursday that under the scheme, only an annual interest of 14.5 per cent would be imposed on the arrears in place of the monthly interest of 2 per cent. — Special Correspondent
