KOCHI: Kerala Congress (M) leader K.M. Mani has lambasted the Left Democratic Front (LDF) government for failing to utilise the 2007-08 Plan funds though the end of the financial year is round the corner. He told a news conference here on Thursday that the government was committing a `big crime’ by letting the allocated Plan funds go lapse.
