Case registered against Hindu Munnani leaders

For allegedly making derogatory remarks against Chief Minister and Union Minister

RAMANATHAPURAM: A case has been registered against two functionaries of the Hindu Munnani for making derogatory remarks against Chief Minister M. Karunanidhi and Union Minister for Shipping, Roadways and Highways T.R. Baalu.

Sources said Adhithan, State treasurer, and Singai Prabakaran had reportedly made derogatory remarks against the Chief Minister, the Union Minister and others at a public meeting held at Emaneswaram near here on July 4 last.

District Judge Raj has accepted the case for hearing.
