Alpha mind power workshop

Hyderabad: A workshop on ‘Alpha Mind Power’ is being conducted at Hotel Kamat Lingapur, Chikoti gardens, on January 27 from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. The workshop will be conducted by Dr. Vijayalakshmi where participants will be trained to learn and practice Alpha Level Meditation which deals with accessing the subconscious mind and is also a stress-buster.
