HELPING FARMERS: Kozhikode Mayor M. Bhaskaran inaugurating a mobile tender coconut parlour of the Agricultural Department, under its Vision 2010 programme in Kozhikode on Friday. The parlour will distribute chilled and packed tender coconut water. The tender coconut needed for the purpose will be collected from Perambra and Kuttiadi.
